Social and professional reintegration in Bytów

Implementation of the project covered 48 inhabitants of the Bytów district at risk of poverty and social exclusion, isolated from the labour market, economically inactive. The project’s outcome for the participants is to obtain new professional qualifications and take up employment during or immediately after termination of the participation in the project. In order to achieve this, each participant follows an individual support path which includes participation in social workshops such as general education, household budget management, cheap cooking, handicraft, psychotherapy, psycho-education, workshops for victims of domestic violence, workshops for parents with difficulties in raising children, legal counselling, cultural education and participation in vocational workshops, e.g. digital literacy, occupational counselling, vocational courses, workshops in setting up a business and a social cooperative. The tasks of the Poviat Labour Office in Bytów include initiating and organizing meetings of the participants with local employers, organizing career planning workshops with the help from the poviat labour office, organizing visits at a local entrepreneur.
