3D Background – specialist services and consulting for companies in Słupsk County

Thanks to the implementation of the project, a modern base of resources is being developed at the Słupsk Technology Incubator, providing innovative services and a specialist consulting service for entrepreneurs. The Pomeranian Regional Development Agency offers advice and services for companies using the latest solutions and technologies with regard to:

• 3D Measurement – it facilitates accuracy testing of the executed item, its measurement and comparison with the CAD model, indicating the differences between the design and the executed component,
• Reverse engineering – it allows to develop a digital model of the existing object, which can be further modified in CAD, or ready to be executed on a 3D printer or a CNC mill,
• 3D Print/Prototyping – models printed on state of the art 3D printers. The Słupsk Technology Incubator provides consulting and assistance in selecting the appropriate technology. The established Centre for 3D Printing which utilizes a variety of specialized printing, caters to a wide spectrum of expectations by means of providing print-outs of various technical parameters, made of a variety of materials, with varying degrees of accuracy, hardness and size of the end-product,
• Thermovisual measurement – a wide range of services for entrepreneurs from the energy industry, heating systems manufacturers, RES control and others, including consulting services which involves air testing,
• Photovoltaic installations – analysis and selection of the optimal solutions, technologies, which can be implemented in order to e.g. save costs,
• Energy efficiency,
• Strategic management and optimalisation of manufacturing processes, company brand creation, protection of intellectual property rights.

The Słupsk Technology Incubator has equipment and specialist staff, collaborating with entrepreneurs, at its disposal. The assistance is used by representatives of a variety of industries, who verify the accuracy of processes in the context of the production line, re-create unusual components of machines and objects, search for consulting advice with quality control and in the process of developing new solutions and products by means of transforming 3D objects into their digital models as well as in utilization of 3D printing technology in the process of building initial prototypes prior to construction of the final version of an appliance.
